International Shipping
For first-time orders, the maximum order amount is ¥90,000.
Any taxes or fees related to the product, including customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, and handling fees, are the responsibility of the importer, meaning the recipient. Please pay these charges directly to the local carrier separately from the product price.
If customs requests documents for delivery, we will contact you by email. If the package is returned because the required documents are not submitted, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any other taxes or fees. Any refund will be made after deducting those costs and charges from the purchase price.
For international shipments, the product is considered delivered at the time of shipment, and we are not responsible for any shipping issues that occur after dispatch.
