Returns & Exchanges
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any concerns. 

Order Cancellation:
We apologize, but cancellations are not accepted. The only exception to a cancellation is if the order is returned to us due to inability of delivery. In this case, we will cancel the order but the shipping fee is not refunded. 

We share inventory with our physical stores, so there may be instances where we are unable to fulfil an order. We ask in advance for your understanding.
